 Rhonda has over 30 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. She began working in an ICF in 1990. She then worked in adult day arrays before moving over to residential home-maker personal care. She worked as a home manager, supervisor, and director of a company before making the decision to open her own agency in 2023. 

  Empowering People for Success has a full time nurse on staff for medical questions. Debra Shrout has over 30 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field as well. She began working in county ran workshops. She then went on to be the director of nursing for a nursing home. She trains all staff in their CPR and First Aid, medication administration classes, and serves as the delegated nurse when required. She assists our staff to ensure that the individuals that we serve are receiving the best medical care. 

  Our Director, Cheyenne Abner, has over 15 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities. She has a two year degree in business management. She has worked as a home manager and a supervisor. She helps train our supervisors and managers and works closely with them to ensure that our individuals are meeting their outcomes and goals.
